Do you remember my previous post about Members Mark that I did over two weeks ago as I was waiting for my amazing Memberās Mark 4X Probiotics?Ā Well they finally arrived shortly after that post and I couldn’t wait to rip open the box to try them. As you all know I suffer from Crohnās Disease, which if youāve never heard of it, is a form of inflammatory bowel disease. Crohnās affects the intestines and it frankly affects every part of my body in some way or another. Crohnās disease symptoms can range from mild to severe and can include everything from abdominal pain and cramping to serious weight loss and memory loss.
One of the ways I found to help keep myself healthy is by taking Probiotics! What are Probiotics you ask? Well they are healthy bacteria that contribute to healthy microflora in the lining of your intestines and support the function of your immune system. Itās essentially healthy bacteria for your gut folks! We all need healthy bacteria in our guts to break down food and to process everything that goes through our guts.
You can imagine my thrill whan I was chosen to get the chance to review some amazing new Probitics called Memberās Mark 4X Probiotics! They are also sold at Samās Club and I started taking them on the Sunday after they arrived. Probiotics can be great for digestive health. But be sure to talk to your physician before taking any probiotic product. What may be good for me might not be good for you.
As you can see in the picture from my not so good camera above, one package comes with a two pack of Probiotics that will last you for 3 months since there are 84 caplets in this double package.
Each box has these weekly packets inside that are labeled by day of the week so you can know when you took your Probiotic and when you didn’t, which I love since I’m very forgetful and sometimes forget if I took something or not. This is very helpful to have them labeled by day in my opinion. I started taking them on a Sunday since you can see that’s when the package date starts.
When you open up the package to take one there is onlyone pill inside of each package for each day. You only need to take one a day.
I took these Probiotics for two weeks and I’m happy to say I love them!
It has done what I hoped it would do, it’s given my bowels the make over that it needs! My gut needs lots of healthy bacteria to function since Crohnās is a disease where you lose a lot of essential bacteria in your gut and these Probiotics have brought balance to my gut. At least I’d like to think they did since I’ve been feeling a heck of a lot better since I started taking them.
I noticed as soon as I started taking them that the bloating in my gut decreased immediately. I usually feel very gassy and swollen in my belly area and I’m happy to say that has decreased since I started taking these amazing vitamins. It was easier to move my bowels. My bathroom visits became regular and less unpredictable. No more constipation one day and constant going the next. Just normal going to the bathroom once or twice a day. I felt more energized through out the day after having used these products as well. I know this is too much information for some of you but, I’m just being honest and we’re all human and these are normal human functions!
This is just my experience with it and everyone will have a different reaction to it. My gut is very sensitive so I am very happy that it loves Memberās Mark 4X Probiotic!. It didnāt give me any adverse reactions and itās made my Crohnās symptoms decrease when taking these Probiotics weekly as directed.

I loved these Probiotics so much I’m actually switching to them from now on. Again this is just my personal opinion of them and you can have different results. I highly recommend you try them to see if they can work for you especially if you have any bowl issues like I do!

These seem to be all over the place. I’m terrible about taking vitamins but glad you found something to help.
