I know by the looks of these pics, it doesn’t look like I have a lot of pins, but I have hundreds of pins. I’ve been searching for a way to display them and I got this cute Mickey shaped cork board with an orange frame and immediately thought I need to turn this into a Mickey Pumpkin to display my Halloween and fun pins. It’s super easy to make and a great way to organized your Halloween pins. I have a few pins I’ve been wearing a lot during this Halloween month. Like this Disney + and Chill pin describes perfectly what I’ll be doing this Halloween!
And I love my Mickey Pumpkin Glitter Pin. They don’t sell it anymore, but I found THIS ONE that is similar.
I digress about my pins…
Here is how to make your own fun DIY Mickey Pumpkin Pin Board! You can also use this to pin notes or grocery lists too as well!
- Mickey Shaped Cork Board.
- Orange Paint.
- Black Vinyl.
- Glue Gun.
- Clear Vinyl Transfer Tape.
- Scissors or Cricut Explore Cutting Machine.
- Green Craft Foam.
- This Free Template Printable for the faces. Just use the Pumpkin face not the ghost. Or you can make a Mickey Ghost themed pin board too!
First you paint your whole Mickey cork board orange.
Let it dry and cut out the face from black vinyl. Stick the face onto the cork board.
Cut out the stem and leaf from the green craft foam and glue that on with your hot glue gun.
That’s it! You’re done! You can hang him up on a wall or you can place him down on your dresser or vanity to organize and display your pins.
How fun is this folks? It’s the perfect little Halloween themed decor that acts both as a decoration and organizer. Love it!
