Looking for a fun Disney Haunted Mansion themed treat to enjoy for Halloween? Well get your grim grinning ghosts in line for these Mini Constance For Better Or For Worse Wedding Cakes!
Hey All!
Disney World has the cutest Halloween treats right now and as soon as I saw the Mini Constance For Better Or For Worse Wedding Cakes people were sharing on Instagram, I knew I had to make some at home. I realized I had everything already to make them. I didn’t make them exactly as they make them in the parks. I’m not a professional baker, but I made them cute and close enough for me and my family to enjoy at home.
That’s all that matters right? I’m bringing a little Disney Parks Halloween Magic to our home while staying safer at home!
Here is how I made them:
- Store Bought Cake Mix Plus Ingredients
- Orange or Citrus Flavoring
- 2 Containers White Vanilla Frosting
- Purple Icing
- White Icing
- Wilton Edible Axe Decorations
- Small Piping Tips
- Piping Bag
- Mini Tiered Cake Silicon Pan
- Gold Mini Cake Boards
First you heat your oven to 350 Degrees and grease your silicon pans so your cakes don’t stick to the pan.
Mix up your store bought cake batter and add a few drops of Orange or Citrus Flavoring to the batter. Bake the cakes according to the cake boxes instructions.
Once cakes are baked, let them cool completely. I usually put them in the fridge so they cool faster.
Next melt up your Vanilla Frosting in the microwave or on a stove top for 1-2 minutes. It needs to be liquified!
Next put your cakes on a wire cooling wrack with a pan underneath to catch any excess melted frosting.
Pour the frosting over the cakes and do a few coats. You want it to get a nice thick coating of frosting.
Transfer the cakes onto these little gold cake boards or to a plate.
Let the frosting harden up a little and then pipe on some white dots with your white icing.
Pipe on some purple flowers. Add an icing AXE to the top and that’s it! You’re done!
You can make a fun Haunted Mansion Tiered Tray to display your mini wedding cakes on.
I added this DIY Poison Apple that my friend Melissa at Great Crafternoon showed how to make on Instagram! They are so easy to make and check out her tutorial on how to make them!
I also got these Haunted Mansion salt and pepper shakers over on shop disney.
And this spooky tiered tray is from Michaels!
Hope you enjoy these spooky little cakes and this Halloween tiered tray idea as much as I do!
