Here is the first post from our New New York Correspondent Victoria! She did an amazing Job Covering the New Nickelodeon Store Opening and it looks like it’s an amazing shop. I can’t wait to visit when we’re in NYC again. We were solely invited to this store opening and all thoughts and opinions are our own!

I’m Victoria from Veep Veep and I’ll be covering New York events for Vanessa since she can’t be on two coasts at once – yet!
Last week I headed over to Toys R Us in Times Square for the official Nickelodeon shop opening! For the first time, products featuring the network’s most popular show characters could be purchased outside of Nick resorts.
And since the flagship store is based in one of the most visited places in the world – Times Square — many of the products had a local New York spin to them like drinkware with Dora as a Statue of Liberty and SpongeBob TimesSquare tees!
While everyone shopped in the new store, SpongeBob SquarePants posed for photos for Toys R Us shoppers and store employees handed out radical eye-bands so everyone could be transformed into Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
The shop located on level one of Toys R Us Times Square is 1,000 square feet jampacked with Nickelodeon character products including Team Umizoomi, Winx Club, Dora the Explorer, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Bubble Guppies and SpongeBob SquarePants.
The interactive screens featuring Nick characters will surely delight young and old shoppers walking throughout the shop. I wouldn’t be surprised if this flagship shop becomes a high point on everyone’s visit to Toys R Us.
