Old London Snacks! OPA! & Sweepstakes! #Review #OldLondon

Hey All!

As you all know I’m from NYC and I grew up in a neighborhood that contained a lot of Greek residents. I had a lot of Greek friends growing up to say the least. One amazing product that my Greek friends introduced me to was Old London Snack Products! They make yummy products like Melba Toast, Bagel Chips, and Melba Snacks. I would love to eat these when I was young and I would eat them by themselves or with some Gouda cheese. That was my favorite way to eat them. I was so happy when I learned recently that I would have the opportunity to review these amazing snacks and essentially reunite myself with a snack that I haven’t had in some time.

It was great to introduce these snacks to my family as they are a great snack to eat as they are ALL NATURAL as well low in calories. So you can snack on a bunch of them with out feeling guilty! I have to say out of all the snacks we received we are all in love with the Bagel Chips in the garlic and herb flavor.

They have zero trans fat and taste ridiculously good!

As you can see they are about the size of a potato chip and you have to watch how many you eat so you make sure you don’t finish the entire box in one sitting as that’s how good they are, well to me at least! These snacks just make me want to yell ā€œOpa!ā€ which is a popular Greek term used to express excitement and cheer. Greeks find ways to celebrate their heritage, food and family every day. They seek balance in their daily lives by participating in outdoor activities and relying on a healthy diet of olive oil, grains, vegetables, fish and dairy. The beautiful terrain and ancient ruins make hiking a popular activity, while others participate in water sports along the many coastal shorelines. Dancing is also a vivid expression of everyday life, and a large part of social gatherings and celebrations.

  • Go dancing. In Greece, dancing is a large part of any celebration or gathering. I love going dancing with friends;Ķ¾ not only do we have a great time but I also get a workout!
  • Love yourself. People come in all shapes and sizes, and what works on others won’t necessary work for you. Being healthy is about how you feel. Stop comparing yourself to others and begin loving the person you are from head to toe.

  • Crunchy foods make us feel good. Add some crispy crunch to your diet by choosing naturally light and lean fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts and grain products with crunch that are easily portion controlled for low calorie, high fiber, satisfying snacks.
  • Eat before you are hungry to control your appetite and cravings. Plan small, frequent meals and packable snacks to keep you centered throughout the day.
