Hey All!
How does sinus pain and pressure make you feel? I know it makes me feel terrible. It pretty much ruins my day when this happens. Unfortunately, this is the time of year where I suffer the most from sinus pain and pressure as I often catch colds at work. My nose is always the first to get congested and the pressure with in my nose and sinuses is always painful. It usually takes my sinuses a while to open back up and the pressure can feel like an elephant is sitting on my face. I’ve often wondered if others felt the same way I did about sinus congestion, So I chose to head over to Sudafed’s OPEN UP™ application on Facebook to see how other sinus pain sufferers are opening up about their feelings on sinus pain. It’s great to have a place where you can share your thoughts with others and enter to win a great prize. It’s also great to see there are others who are suffering through the same experience.
This Facebook app is very simple to use. You first have to “Like” Sudafed on Facebook to use the app.
Once you do you will be directed to the app where you can share and create a photo of what your sinus pain and pressure looks and feels like to you.
I loved seeing all the photos and their depictions of sinus congestion and pressure. When it comes to relief of sinus pain and pressure, doesn’t it feel amazing when your sinuses finally open up? For me it feels great to have that pressure lifted from my sinuses. It reminds me of seeing a flower blooming and opening up.

Sudafed knows that suffering from sinus pressure and pain can leave individuals feeling crushed, beat down, congested and even squeezed, desperately looking for a way to open up. Serious sinus sufferers are invited to creatively share how their sinus pain and pressure looks and feels to them by using Sudafed’s OPEN UP™ application on Facebook.
Then, beginning on December 2, the Sudafed Facebook community will vote for one of five finalist sketches that best illustrates the pains of sinus pressure. The winner will receive $5,000 and a chance to have their work included in a Sudafed advertising campaign. For more information, visit the Sudafed Facebook page.

What a great campaign! It’s good to know that I’m not alone with this. I have had sinus issues since I was a child. It’s such a miserable feeling. I haven’t truly found anything to work for mine. 🙁
There are very few things worse than sinus pain/pressure! We love Sudafed when the time comes for us to need it.
Being sick surely isn’t fun and I hate it when I start feeling the pressure in my sinuses. I always grab for Sudafed.
