Hey All!
If you notice I’m slow to post as of late, it’s because I’m recovering and still passing some kidney stones. Just a little personal fact about me is that I’ve had Kidney Stones since I was 14 years old. It’s horrible and just as painful as childbirth in my opinion. I’m the only one in my family to have them and luckily I haven’t passed this gene on!
It truly sucked having to go to the hospital yesterday in horrible pain! They had to take me out of work in an ambulance actually. Anyway I’m back home today and trying to get one stone to pass in my left kidney and try to get two stones in my right kidney to stay put! And trying to catch up on my blogging as I lay in bed.
Any suggestions anyone on how to get a stone to pass so this torture for me and my family can be over? I’m on pain meds so the pain is not as horrible and nausea meds and everyone is helping me out thankfully as I have to stay in bed most of the day.

Sorry that you are passing kidney stones. VERY painful. The only advice is WATER WATER WATER. If you Drink 1 oz of water for every 2 pounds you weigh it will help your body move the smaller stones more easily. Good luck! Follower and Fan . http://realarmyofmoms.blogspot.com
