As someone who is Cuban and Puerto Rican, my favorite drink is a Mojito. Check out this Easy Cuban Passion Fruit Mojito!

Hey All!

It’s been some time since I shared a drink recipe, but I love making cocktails and mocktails! With Spring in full bloom, there is nothing I love more than hanging out in the warmer weather while drinking a delish cocktail. My favorite cocktail to make is a mojito. I love to add flavors and change up my mojitos. My new favorite mojito to make is this Easy Passion Fruit Mojito!

Cuban Passion Fruit Mojito

It tastes amazing and it’s super simple to make. Just the way I like my drinks. You can find the ingredients at your local grocery store. Remember you have to be 21 and over to drink this and don’t forget to never drink and drive!

Cuban Passion Fruit Mojito

Here is how to make it:

  • 2oz Mango Juice
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • 2oz Passion Fruit Juice
  • 2oz White Rum
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves, minced 1 Lime wheel, cut in half
  • 2-3 pieces of ice

In a small blender or Blendjet 2 add the ice, mint, mango juice and Passion fruit juice Blend for 20 seconds.

Using a large bar shaker add the mint mixture, rum and club soda

Shake until combined.

Fill an 8oz glass with ice and lime wheels. Pour your cocktail into your glass and garnish.

Serve and Enjoy! It’s such a yummy and refreshing cocktail to enjoy in Spring time and Summer time! Lounging by the pool enjoying one of these sounds like heaven.

Serves: 1 8oz glass
Ingredients
  • 2 oz Mango Juice
  • 2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves, minced

  • 2-3 pieces of ice
Instructions
