Hey All!
Since Thanksgiving time is all about the pumpkin spice and everything nice, I threw together this quick and easy dessert you can serve your guests this Thanksgiving holiday. Check out our Pumpkin Everything Cake! I call it that because it’s got a little bit of everything and pumpkin in it! It’s like a dump cake if you’ve heard of those! It’s super easy to make and super tasty!
Trust me it tastes better than it looks!
Here is how to make it!
- 30 oz. can pumpkin
- 16 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. ginger
- ½ tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs room temp.
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ¾ cup un-salted butter
First you preheat your oven to 350. Then in a large bowl add pumpkin, milk, spices, sugar and eggs. Mix up the ingredients into a batter.
In a 9×13 pan flour the base and edges to protect of cake sticking. Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle cake mix on top of the batter.
Now sprinkle pecans on top of the cake mix and ut your butter very thin and cover all over cake mix. You then bake for 1 hour.
Once it’s baked up, Serve it warm with whipped cream.
