Hey All!

Busy mama here! My baby just turned one and if you can imagine, heā€™s a non-stop ball of energy. He goes non-stop all day and night. It makes being a working mom who also works from home a challenge to say the least. I donā€™t have a lot of time to spend cooking meals for my husband and me. We donā€™t want to order take out every day, as that would get very costly. Thankfully, there are these delicious lines of Asian-inspired frozen entrees fromĀ Crazy Cuizine that help me bring home the take out right when we do our weekly grocery shopping! Iā€™m so thrilled to partner withĀ Crazy Cuizine to share this fun Chicken Potstickers with Easy Fried Rice Recipe with you today!

Who doesnā€™t love potstickers? I know I do! They areĀ juicy dumplings made with delectable chicken that pairs perfectly with a variety of sides.

Theyā€™re the ā€œperfectā€ Asian side, snack food or appetizer!Ā You can eat them on their own or serve them with a side to make a meal like I am. Crazy Cuizine Chicken Potstickers use a thin dough, and lots of delicious filling inside (chicken, cabbage, onion, and spices).

They can be pan-fried (preferred method), deep fried, microwaved, or put into soups or on salads.Ā  All come fully cooked ā€“ to heat, eat, and enjoy

They take about 2 minutes to cook in the microwave! A two minute meal is a god send for me! You can find details on how to make them right on the back of the box. If youā€™re strapped for time on a daily basis, youā€™re going to love this fun Chicken Potstickers with Easy Fried Rice recipe.

Here is what youā€™ll need to make it.

  • 1 Package of Crazy Cuizine Chicken Potstickers
  • 2 Tablespoons of canola oil
  • 4 Cups of Rice (You can cook up some easy Minute Rice!)
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 1 Package of frozen peas.
  • 1 Package of frozen vegetables
  • 2 Eggs scrambled and cooked
  • 1 Pinch of salt & ground black pepper

Turn your stovetop on a low heat. First you place your canola oil in your frying pan and let the oil heat up. You then add your rice and soy sauce.

You then stir in your peas, vegetables, scrambled eggs, and seasoning.

Stir it on low heat until itā€™s completely blended, the vegetables are soft and the rice is less moist.

You next cook up your chicken potstickers.

You want to cook the postickers last so they are warm and fresh tasting when you serve your meals.

Follow the cooking instructions on the back of the box to cook your chicken potstickers. I sometimes fry them like I did here or I cook them right in the microwave. Thatā€™s it! Youā€™re done. Pair them with the rice on a plate and enjoy!

The potstickers come with a flavorful dipping sauce, which I like to put inside itā€™s own little bowl so I can dip my potstickers into it.

There is plenty of potstickers and sauce included in the box of chicken potstickers. Itā€™s more than enough food for me and my husband. Sometimes we have these twice a week and we simply divide the box in half to last two days.

Itā€™s the perfect easy meal to eat each week.

How yummy does this look folks? Itā€™s super tasty folks!

Itā€™s the perfect meal that I can easily eat while I work and take care of my bubbly baby.
