Our Rainbow Lisa Frank Inspired Christmas Tree!

Hey All!

I’m super excited to finally share our Rainbow Lisa Frank Inspired Christmas Tree! We DIYed the heck out this tree to give it that over the top Lisa Frank rainbow look! It’s got everything you can want in a tree and I can’t tell you how obsessed I am with it. It looks so much better in person and my pics don’t do it justice. I’m not a professional photographer folks, but I did my best to try and capture the amazingness that is this tree. I took a million and two pictures of it, so get ready for an extra long post showcases every inch of this tree!

It looks perfect next to our Giant Ornament decorations!

It’s overflowing with ornaments and decorations, in case you couldn’t tell.

First you start with a rainbow tree! I got mine from Treetopia, but this one is pretty awesome as well!

We’ve got a hot pink glitter star at the top which I got at Target for only $5!

I got these vintage giant Rainbow Ball Ornaments on Ebay! You can do a search and find some I’m sure!

I got these smaller rainbow glass ornaments from Urban Outfitters!

We filled the tree with a mix of our favorite colorful and fun ornaments and rainbow themed ornaments. There is no need to leave out your favorite colorful ornaments, as they will all fit right in. For example this cotton candy ornament which I got from Michaels is amazing! This cotton candy ornament set is similar and super cute!

I wrapped this amazing rainbow tinsel garland from Target around the tree!

I also added the hot pink flamingo ornaments, since I love them and had them from last year and never used them. I thought they fit the Lisa Frank theme perfectly. These flamingo ornaments are similar!

I also added a cinnabon ornament, because we couldn’t not have some tasty treats on our tree!

I also had to have some bubbly on the tree, so I added my favorite bubbly champagne ornament from Henri Bendel! I linked to one similar that is super cute!

Since we’re all about the rainbow, we had to include our vintage rainbow bellied cheer bear Care Bear ornament!

Those are pretty much all the non-rainbow ornaments you’ll find on the tree.

We got these rainbow ornaments from Urban Outfitters, which you can still get!

We added rainbow candy canes and rainbow ball lights to the tree. We also added these rainbow leopard print bows, which we made out of this ribbon which we got at Michaels. It was in the sale section and it was one of those hallelujah moments when I found it, so I don’t think they have it at Michaels anymore, but you can find some HERE!

I also put these giant styrofoam snowflakes on the tree, because it just felt right!

We also made ornaments, as we do each year! We’re showing you a preview of our DIY Kawaii Cute Rainbow ornaments today! We’re sharing just how to make these in a separate post. How cute are they folks? LOVE THEM!

We made vibrant and pastel colored rainbow ornaments with smiley faces…

And with out the faces. I thought it would be nice to have a variety of both on the tree!

These are fairly large ornaments, so they fill up a lot of space on the tree.

We made about 20 of these ornaments to go along with the rest of the ornaments on the tree.

We also made these rainbow iridescent marbled ball ornaments!

This is another DIY ornament that I’ll be sharing how to make this week!

They are so fun and easy to make with some spray paint and iridescent ball ornaments!

All our gifts are wrapped in rainbow wrapping paper of course.

I got the bags from the dollar section, the rainbow ribbon from Michaels, the solid pink and rainbow print wrapping paper from Paper Source

And this iridescent wrapping paper from Michaels! It’s such a fun way to wrap up our gifts this year!

And that’s how we threw together our rainbow Lisa Frank inspired Christmas Tree!

I hope you all make yourself a Christmas tree just like this!

Stay tuned for our Rainbow and Iridescent Ball ornament DIY’s coming this week! We also made our Holiday cards this week and I love how our pic came out! Can you tell Mr. Pink is not having any of our shenanigans!
