Rainbow Unicorn Cereal Treats!

Hey All!

With Saint Patty’s Day comes lots of rainbows and rainbow yummy goodness. I can’t help but think of unicorns when I think of rainbows. You can imagine how happy I was to find the best of both worlds when I found this unicorn rainbow cereal at the grocery store. It’s the best cereal ever in my opinion. I knew I had to do something with this cereal, so I decided to make a fun unicorn themed treat for Saint Patty’s Day. Hey! If they include unicorns in Lucky Charms cereal now-a-days, then I can make some rainbow unicorn cereal treats for Saint Patrick’s Day. Am I right? You can make these also for any unicorn parties you have or just when you’re wanting a tasty treat.

I’m obsessed with this cereal in case you couldn’t tell!

Here is how to make them!

  • 7 Cups of Kellogg’s Unicorn Fruit Loop Cereal
  • 1-10 oz Bag Mini Marshmallows
  • 3 ½ Tbsp Butter (1/2 tbsp is to butter the 9×13 pan)
  • Wilton’s Unicorn Mix Sprinkles
  • 1/4 Cup White Chocolate Discs

First you place n a large pot on the stove top over medium heat. You then melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add the marshmallows. Stir constantly until the marshmallows are melted and incorporated with the butter.

Next remove pot from heat and add the cereal. Quickly mix together and pour into a buttered 9×13 pan and spread evenly.

Melt the white chocolate discs according to package directions and place in a sandwich size baggie. Snip the corner and drizzle the chocolate over the fruit loops, then sprinkle with the unicorn sprinkle mix.

Let the sheet cool completely and cut the sheet of treat into squares to enjoy!!

You can pack these up and give them to friends and family for St. Patty’s Day! How cute are these folks? Love them!

I hope you enjoy these as much as I do! They are perfect for any time you want a magical treat!
