It’s extremely thin which makes it a great portable hard drive. You can store a ton of family photos and documents on it and back up your family computer to it. It will give you a sense of peace of mind knowing all of these important memories are backed up somewhere. The GoFlex Slim looks and feels very well made and the metal shell does not feel cheap or flimsy.
The GoFlex Slim uses the Seagate “GoFlex” adapter. Now the GoFlex adapter is a modified SATA port that allows you to swap out the data connection on the outside of the drive.
