I love Verizon.
I used to like them, but now that I moved and tried to get them, am pretty frustrated. I can’t reach anyone in customer, and recently they came by to hook us up in our new house- asked us to be there from 8-5, and the tech arrived at 4:45 and stayed until 10pm. That is outrageous (I have kids and am busy and we are usually asleep by 9pm). I like the speed of Fios but this disappointing experience makes me want to shop around.

This sounds like it is great service. I don’t have verizon but hear lots of great things about it.
My husband and I used this service for two years and we are very happy with the results, is a good service and I love their teams
