DIY Star Wars Grogu and Mando Mask Chain!

Looking for the perfect mask chain to pair with your Star Wars Face Mask for May The 4th? Check out this DIY Star Wars Grogu and Mando Mask Chain!

Hey All!

If you’ve been following me for some time, you know that last year I made some mask chains including a Baby Yoda Mask Chain. You can check out my previous version HERE! Well I decided to update my mask chain because I found these amazing Baby Yoda and Mando Beads! I am obsessed with them and thought they would be perfect to make a mask chain with!

I basically followed what I did the last time, except this time I used an elastic string and some different beads.

You can see a full step by step with photo in my previous post HERE. I’m just going to give you a basic run down on how I did this one.

So for this one I followed a color pattern of purple, yellow and green. I cut string long enough to have the mask hang closer to my chest.

I spelled out Baby Yoda’s actual name Grogu this time and spelled out Mando this time around. I also added these adorable head beads.

The colors of these beads are a little more vibrant I think than my last one.

I of course added some Mickey beads in the same color pattern.

I started on one end with the beads, letter beads, Mando head bead, and Mickey beads and went all the way through the string until I got almost to the other end.

The other end I did Grogu.

I mean how cute is this bead!

I attached the end string to a gator clip and tightened it up with some stopper beads.

I put a gold bead to hide the stopper bead.

I like the gator clips because I feel like it’s holds masks better than anything else.

This mask chain goes perfectly with my Baby Yoda Door opener/Button Presser.

I love it and it’s really easy to make. It does take a little bit of time to make, but I find it relaxing. Maybe you might too! It’s so handy to have one of these to hold your mask with!

Hope you love it as much as I do!
