Hey All!

After a busy week of non-stop travel it’s always nice to come home and just have a night in. Sometimes I’ll send the fiance out with the family and invite some girlfriends over and have a “Girls’ Night In.” We deserve one day for ourselves to just stay in, sit back and relax, and have a some fabulous drinks. It’s a great way to get reconnected and our batteries charged for the next busy week.

Since we live in California and have to drive ourselves every where, we usually don’t have any alcoholic drinks. Mocktails are our drinks of choice. I was thrilled to get the opportunity to try Trop50’s Raspberry Açaí to make a fun mocktail for our Girls’ Night In. Mojitos are my favorite drink. It’s only natural for me to want to make a mocktail of them. I’ve tried so many variations of a mojito that I thought it would be awesome to make one with Trop50’s Raspberry Açaí.

  • Ice

First you pour in your ginger ale. The amount can vary on the amount of guest you have. I used one small bottle for this recipe.

You then pour in your Trop50’s Raspberry Açaí, two teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and the mint into your pitcher filled with ice. You stir them all together briskly until it’s all well mixed. You pour into a glass with ice and top with some blueberries, strawberries, and mint. I love fruit in my drinks, but you can do it with out as well.

When you’re done you’re left with a refreshing fruit infused tasty drink to share with your girlfriends. It’s a hit with my gals! I’m sure it will be with your gals as well. You can even enjoy it if you’re having a girls night of one for yourself.
