Looking for a fun Thanksgiving Treat to make for the family? Check out these easy Thanksgiving Cornucopia Candy Treats!

Hey All!

I took a little break after Halloween, since we went hard for Halloween and we’re back today with a fun treat for Thanksgiving. We’re not one of those people who just skips over Thanksgiving. I like to do a few things for the holiday and then get to Christmas and the holidays. Speaking of giving thanks, Today is also Veterans Day. I do want to take a moment to say thanks to all the amazing men and women who serve this country and keep us safe. My husband is a veteran and I’m incredibly proud to be the wife of a veteran. Thanks to those who are still around and to those who are no longer with us.

Ok. I had to take a moment folks to honor our vets. Now onto the cuteness of these little Thanksgiving Cornucopia Candy Treats! They would be perfect to make as a table setting place card holder or as an after meal treat. You just add a little gift tag with a name on it to make it a place card. They are the perfect little festive treat to serve your family this Thanksgiving!

Here is how to make them:

Sugar Cones
Fall Candy (I did 2 different M&M’s and Candy Corn Mix)
Twine or String
Plastic Wrap
Straw or Spoon Handle

First you add water into a small bowl. Dip the end of the sugar cone into the water about 1-2 inches high.

Place in microwave for 25 seconds. Take out and immediately bend the end over a straw or spoon handle. Hold tightly for about 30 seconds to a minute or until it’s hard enough to keep its shape.

You then slide out the straw and or spoon and let cool completely. Make sure you do ONE cone at a time. You can break them if you try to rush.

After the cones are all cooled, add the fall candy.

Place a piece of plastic wrap over the top of the candy and tie with twine or string.

That’s it. You’re done!

Enjoy these cute little Cornucopias with your family on Thanksgiving! How fun are they to unwrap after you’re done eating all that yummy food on Thanksgiving? Too fun!
