Hey All!
I’ve already discussed my fabulous stay at the fabulous Delano Hotel Las Vegas, Now I want to discuss all the amazing places I had the opportunity to eat at during my week in Vegas. I highly recommend you check out these eateries if you are in Vegas as they had some of the best meals and drinks I’ve ever had.
On my first day in Vegas we started the night off with drinks at the Franklin Lounge at the Delano Hotel. Beverage menu features rare premium liquors, more than two dozen craft beers by the bottle and an exclusive selection of wines by the glass. Alongside libations, the eclectic lounge serves whimsical small bites and appetizers such as flatbreads, charcuterie and cheeses; and unique offerings including Fried Pig Ears. As day turns to night, Franklin buzzes with live entertainment throughout the week, including unexpected performances and beats from the hottest up-and-coming DJs; Daily, 10a.m. – 2 a.m.
The Lounge is named after President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, just like the hotel. It had a fabulous array of delicious drinks.
The Lounge is all about socializing and connecting with people, so the blue coasters each have a conversation starter on the back. It’s such a fun and unique lounge experience. After the Franklin we headed to Aureole for dinner at Mandalay Bay. The restaurant offers fine dining by prestigious chef Charlie Palmer.
There is a full on tower of wine selection.
The butter is delivered in this adorable dish.
The food and desserts were amazing as well.
This chicken with quinoa and parmesan garlic fries were amazing.
The desserts were also fantastic.
On my second day I enjoyed breakfast at the Della’s Kitchen. I absolutely loved this place. The food is amazing. I actually ate breakfast here the entire week I was there.
I don’t really drink coffee but they had a Jelly Donut Coffee and S’Mores coffee that were beyond amazing. I had to have one. Yes you read that right Jelly Donut and S’Mores coffee. They essentially soak their milks over night in Jelly Donuts and S’Mores so that they have the flavor of the Donut and S’Mores. It’s the best coffee I have ever had. I’m not just saying that and you know I love Donuts!
Their fresh made creme and fruits we also awesome.
Their eggs benedict was delicious.
I also had their Custard and Pumpkin Pancakes, their amazing hash, and eggs as well. If you’re looking for an amazing breakfast, you’ll have to check out Della’s Kitchen.

The desserts were also fantastic. This Churro Sundae was fantastic…
So was this tres leches cakes…
This flan was amazing…
And this fried ice cream dessert was beyond amazing. I ate this one up all by myself.
For dinner we went to the new Monte Carlo plaza restaurant Yusho. It’s a Japanese-inspired grill and noodle house by renowned Chicago chef Matthias Merges. The approachable menu includes varieties of fresh seafood, poultry, meats and vegetables, cooked-to-order over a chattering fire, along with house-made pickled vegetables, noodles and steamed buns.
The seafood was enjoyed by all. I enjoyed these amazing chicken wings…
And these skewers…
And this rich vibrant salad.
After dinner it was off to Sambalatte for some amazing coffee. It’s a gourmet coffee restaurant that offers a coffee bean roaster and a state-of-the-art coffee lab, providing “The Theater of Coffee,” so guests can enjoy watching the roasting process by the experts.
We learned about their fantastic coffee brewing process and checked out all the amazing beans and the differences in how they roast them.
After coffee it was off to get ice cream at BLVD Creamery.
Creamery offers inventive ice cream and sorbet flavor combinations along with attention-grabbing desserts that will appeal to a wide variety of guests.
They had so many flavors of ice cream including some 21 and over ice cream flavors. The decor was also so fun and vibrant.
I’m an ice cream-a-holic so I was in paradise here. It was so much fun to get dessert at. They also had some adorable ice cream themed products to buy as well.
Out of all the places we ate, my favorite had to be brunch in the Jasmine Restaurant at the Bellagio on our fourth day in Vegas.
It was gorgeous!
It’s truly one of the most beautifully decorated restaurants I’ve ever seen.
The views from the restaurant are also spectacular as you’re dinning right next to the Bellagio Fountains. It’s such a beautiful site to see.
The food is served buffet style and includes your own omelet bar…
Some amazing salads in little ball jars…
Red Velvet waffles, salmon tar tar in cones…
And an amazing dessert section! The dessert section was literally paradise.
There was a chocolate fondue bar in the dessert section that included anything you could possibly want to dip in chocolate.
The dessert cups were amazing!
The chocolate strawberries were to die for…
So were these chocolates and…
Creme Brule! Who doesn’t love Creme Brule?
There were apple tarts….
And fruit tarts…
And tons of other amazing treats that you could dine on in the dessert section.
I truly filled up my plate multiple times. I couldn’t get enough.
I wanted to sample as much as I could! Those waffles were AMAZING!
I of course got a whole plate filled of desserts.
Who wouldn’t want to sample all these amazing treats? The Jasmine restaurant is a must see if you’re in Vegas.
We closed out our stay in Vegas with dinner at Hecho en Vegas at MGM Grand. It was another night of delicious Mexican food.
I couldn’t resist having their version of Chicken Fajiatas. It came on it’s own wooden serving platter which I found amazing.
There was an actual guacamole bar that came and mixed your guacamole for you.
We also enjoyed dished like taco pizza and tacos.
We also enjoyed all of their amazing desserts which ranged from an spectacular Tres Leches with Strawberries…
