Are you ready for the Holidays! Santa Claus is coming and he’s kicking off all the Holiday Fun at Universal CityWalk with their Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony! This event is so much fun and is such a great way to get your family into the Holiday Season! It’s so amazing to see hundreds of thousands of glistening lights on the  High-Tech Christmas Tree at Universal CityWalk!  The dynamic tree lighting ceremony will illuminate the state-of-the-art “5 Towers” concert venue with hundreds of thousands of twinkling lights.

The event will come to life with the help of Santa Claus, Councilmember Tom LaBonge, kids from L.A. Family Housing, part of Universal Studios Hollywood’s “Discover A Star” Foundation, and recording artists from the 2012 Hollywood Christmas Parade.

Throughout CityWalk’s holiday festivities, “5 Towers” will radiate with concert performances, a dazzling new, multimedia light display and the illumination of a towering custom-built Christmas tree—the first-of-its-kind in North America—choreographed in unison to a vibrant spectrum of countless shimmering lights glistening throughout the plaza.  Event dates are Nov. 20 to Dec. 31, 2012.

The jubilant tree lighting ceremony will feature singing sensations Drake Bell, Pentatonix and Human Nature who will later join a host of musical acts performing on “5 Towers” for a segment to air as part of The Hollywood Christmas Parade special.
