Hey All!
Have you heard? On Oct 1st, The Little Mermaid will be splashing it’s ways into homes for the very first time on Blu-ray™ with a Hi-Def new breathtaking picture and sound restoration! I was extremely lucky to get an early preview of the Blu-ray and I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to see this amazing animated feature come to life in our home once again.
If for some reason you’ve never seen this film here is a little about it:
Ariel (voiced by Jodi Benson), is a free-spirited mermaid, who is off on the adventure of a lifetime with her best friend, the adorable Flounder (voiced by Jason Marin), and the reggae-singing Caribbean crab Sebastian (voiced by Samuel E. Wright) at her side. But it will take all of her courage and determination to make her dreams come true—and save her father’s beloved kingdom from the sneaky sea witch Ursula (voiced by Pat Carroll).

It’s been a while since I’ve seen The Little Mermaid but I still remember all of the songs!
This is one of my favorite movies of all time so I’m so happy to finally have it on Blu-ray!

The Little Mermaid is definitely one of my top three all time Disney favorites and Ursula holds the top spot for my absolute favorite character!
This is a great Disney Classic and definitely worth having a copy of for future generations.
This is one of the few Disney animated DVDs we don’t already own, I must amend that!
I wished that they had included the Disney Channel special, when the movie premiered, that was hosted by Alyssa Milano. It had some amazing behind-the-scenes footage!
