Hey All!

If you saw my Instagram Stories or IGTV post, you’ll know I got an awesome chance to check out Universal Studios Hollywood return of The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle! Thanks so much to Universal for having us! They have brought the spectacular seasonal experience back to “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” to light up the summertime sky from June 24 – August 19 and September 1-3. I love Universal during the summertime and this is just all the more reason for me to want to spend more of my days there! As night falls on Hogsmeade village, “The Nighttime Lights at Hogwarts Castle” shines brightly with an awe-inspiring spectacle that showcases the four houses of Hogwarts: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin and culminates with awesome beams of lights and fireworks that fan into the night sky.

The colorful state-of-the-art light display and special effects projection is accompanied by a special musical arrangement created by Academy Award-winning composer John Williams based on his original scores composed for the film series. The musical arrangement that emanates in a surround sound environment was conducted by prolific arranger William Ross and recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra in London.

It’s a sight to see and photos don’t do it justice. I loved seeing it in person and you definitely have to check it out for yourself. Here are some photos just to give you a preview of what it’s like!

The added new fireworks really do take the who experience to a whole new magical level!
