Hey All!
Easter is quickly approaching and some of you many be new moms or moms to toddlers who are looking for the perfect Easter Basket to gift your little one this Easter. Why not make your own and fill it with some tasty treats a baby or toddler would love and some amazing colorful baby products from Munchkin! They have the most adorable collection of products for babies and toddlers and they would make the perfect Easter basket for your munchkin! I decided to put together a little DIY Baby themed Easter Basket that you can easily make for the holiday. It’s simple to make and it’s the perfect Easter Basket for those little ones to enjoy with you.
To Make This Easter Basket You’ll Need:
- 1 Easter Basket that you can get at Target, your local craft store or even a dollar store.
- Red, Green, Orange, and Blue Acrylic Paint
- Paint Brushes
- Scissors or Paper cutter
- White Cardstock
- Colorful Rope Twine
- 1 Inch Thick Blue Painters Tape
- Hole Punch
- 1 Formal Boy Bib (Suit)
- 1 To-Go Bib (Yellow)
- 1 Set of Cupcake Squirts
- 1 Squirt N Strain Fruit Basket
- 1 Rubber Ducky
- 1 36 Letters and Numbers of the foam bath letters
- 1 LATCH™ Rattle Pacifier with Clip
- 1 Set of Bath Crayons
- 1 Miracle Cup
- 1 Insulated sippy cup
This Easter Basket has everything a baby would love to play with Easter Morning! It’s also the perfect gift to give to a new mom.
First you DOWNLOAD and Print out these fun “HAPPY EASTER MUNCHKIN!” gift tags for your Easter Basket by clicking the image below.
You cut them out with a paper cutter or scissors and use a hole punch to cute out a hole to stick your colorful twine through.
After that you use your 1 inch thick blue painters tape off sections of the handle of the Easter Basket so those sections remain the color of the Easter Basket. In this case it’s Pink! You then begin to paint your Easter basket Munchkin Colors! I started off with Red, then Orange, Blue, and lastly Green.
You let the Easter basket dry and then pull off the painters tape. It gives the handle this colorful look you see below.
You then tie you gift tags with your colorful twine to the top of the Easter Basket.
You then proceed to fill your Easter Basket with some fun treats and toys for your Munchkin. Filling some eggs with some cutie tangerine slices would be the perfect treat for baby. Pair it with an adorable Munchkin Squirt N Strain Fruit Basket!
These bath toys are so adorable and the tangerines are the perfect healthy treat for Easter.
You could also fill some Easter Eggs with some of your favorite baby cereal or some Easter Egg Marshmallows.
The Marshmallows could be babies first sugar!
You can pair these tasty treats with this adorable set of Cupcake Squirts.
I mean how cute is this cupcake bath toy! Too cute!
You can also fill it with some amazing sippy cups, some foam bath letters, and a LATCH™ Rattle Pacifier with Clip! Munchkin makes the best sippy cups by the way. They really are the best because your baby can throw them as far as they want and you don’t have to worry about them spilling all over the place.
If you’d like to add an old school touch to your Baby’s Easter Basket add an adorable Rubber Ducky and some Bath Crayons. Who didn’t love their rubber ducky in their bath time growing up? I know I did and I used to love drawing with my bath crayons.
You can teach your toddler how to spell Happy Easter at bath time before those Easter festivities begin!
Baby is also going to need to look his or her best during those fancy Easter Brunches. I have boys so this Formal Boy Bib will look perfect for those baby boys to wear during those Easter Brunches.
After those Easter Brunches when baby is ready to chow down on those Easter desserts and treats from the Easter Basket this amazing 1 To-Go Bib in Yellow will be absolutely perfect for keeping your baby clean! I think this bib is perfect for both boys and girls. Pineapples and fruits are unisex in my book folks.
I’m like obsessed with this bib for obvious reasons. It has smiling pineapples and smiling cherries on it! LOVE IT!
Fill your colorful Munchkin themed Easter Basket with all these Munchkin goodies and tasty treats and you’ll have the best Easter Basket for your baby and or Toddler ever!
It’s a fun and simple way to celebrate Easter and to give an Easter Basket that will have gifts inside that will come in handy all year long.
I hope you and your Munchkins enjoy this Easter Basket as much as we do!
Have a very Happy Easter! Don’t forget playing with foam bath letters is fun for everyone!

What a cute Easter basket! I tend to recycle the same 2 baskets each year. I dont go overboard with candy because it seems the older she gets, the easier it is to fill her basket with fun things like markers, colored ink pens, notebooks, and things like that. Once year I rolled up socks and tights. She loved it.
