Hey All!

I can’t tell you how much I’m geeking out as this week. I’m geeking out and my family now hates me. Why do they hate me you ask? Well… I got the MOST AMAZING NEWS EVER! I have been chosen for an all expense paid trip to go to my home town NYC to come along with TWENTY FIVE Bloggers (ONE OF THEM BEING ME THE QUEEN OF SWAG) to assemble in New York City from Friday, April 27th – Sunday, April 29th to attend the Red Carpet Tribeca Film Festival Closing Night Screening of MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS. Starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Cobie Smulders and Tom Hiddleston, with Stellan Skarsgård and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, and directed by the KING of all us geeks Joss Whedon! You all know BUFFY FANS must unite to see this movie!

My teen and fiance are trying to figure out a way to fit in my suitcase cause they so want to go! MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS is an engaging, character-driven story packed with action, adventure and special effects. And come on it’s freaking gonna be the coolest movie ever made. Who are we kidding! Have you seen the trailers!

What’s awesome about this red carpet event is it’s Honoring the spirit of the Tribeca Film Festival, the screening will allow the opportunity for MARVEL’S THE AVENGERS to celebrate everyday heroes from police agencies, fire departments, first responders and various branches of the U.S. military. These local heroes will have an opportunity to attend the screening and meet the cast. That’s what I love about Tribeca!

So here is this amazing Lego The Avengers Poster I already shared with you to celebrate!  I can’t get enough of it and I need to get these Lego’s for my family! It’s a must and my new mission in life! And as you can see by the side by side with the original poster they did a hell of a job recreating it!

I’m also now debating what I should wear to The Avengers Red Carpet! I found two dresses that screamed avengers to me.

I’ve been to many premieres at Tribeca in my day. Last one was Spider Man 3! The red carpets at Tribeca are more fun than some snazzy thing you have to be super dressed up for.  What do you all think I should wear? You all know how excited I am by the Avengers so words can’t describe how excited I am to have this opportunity! Thank you Disney and that special someone who starts with an M!
