I recently had the amazing opportunity to visit the set of ABC Family’s Baby Daddy. In case you didn’t know Baby Daddy is a half-hour comedy that follows Ben, a young man in his early 20s living the life of a bachelor in New York City with his buddy, Tucker, and his brother, Danny. Their lives are turned upside down when they come home one day to find a baby girl left on the doorstep by an ex-girlfriend of Ben’s. After much deliberation, Ben decides to raise the baby with the help of his friends and his protective and sometimes over-bearing mother, Bonnie, and his close female friend, Riley.

We got to tour the set and interview the stars of the show including Jean-Luc Bilodeau (Ben), Derek Theler (Danny), Tahj Mowry (Tucker), Melissa Peterman (Bonnie), and Chelsea Kane (Riley). Get ready for a slew of amazing pictures in this post.

Melissa Peterman (Bonnie) is hilarious!

Derek Theler (Danny) is like the tallest man alive! He’s a cutie patootie that one.

The rest of the cast was fun as well!

Me and Chelsea had a blast together. As I said we’re BFF’s now.

After the crazy photo sessions I wandered around the set to check it out.

It really does kind of have a New York feel to it except no struggling New Yorker in apartment has a kitchen island in their apartment kitchen.

I loved seeing the pics of the baby on the fridge. It gave the set this really lived in feel.

There were fun notes and decor every where.

It was like a complete apartment with hallways that lead to rooms. It was very cool to wander the set.

This cocktails sign really screamed bachelor.

This re-purposed TV really screamed NYC as all New Yorkers are guilty of picking up furniture from the curb and taking it home and re-purposing it. I’ve done it and I’m not ashamed. This TV totally got that feel!

And toys were adorable. Of course she has to have some Disney toys!

I even found something I actually own on the set. I have this elephant piggy bank. I was so excited to see it on the set.

The desk are was really cool with all the photos and nick knacks.

How funny is this picture of the character Danny (Derek Theler)? Too cute!

Chelsea looks adorable in this picture!

I loved the DVD collection!

The Baby Daddy’s bedroom was a sight to see.

It was a full room with walls, a dresser, and…

A changing table. It really felt like someones bedroom.

The bathroom was also great to see as it was pretty funny how it was decorated and it screamed NYC bathroom.

This sign was hysterical.

How funny is this pic of Taj? Love it!

The hallway and elevator sets were also complete sets. It’s really amazing the detail that is put into this set for this show.

It was such a fun experience. It’s always an amazing experience to tour a set. We snapped a group shot to celebrate at the end of the day. Fun times with Baby Daddy!
