Hey All!

For as long as I can remember I’ve always had an obsession with taking care of my teeth. I’ve always gotten compliments on how nice my smile is and people are always shocked when I tell them I never wore braces. I’ve always taken pride in knowing that I never had to wear braces as a child! Dental and Gum health is something that is very important to me. I’d like to say I take good care of my teeth or at least I try to. The one thing I know I should do more of is floss. Gingivitis runs ramped in my family. My grandmother and aunt were both in dentures at an early age because of Gingivitis. Having a winning smile and maintaining it was extremely important to me growing up and still is today as I didn’t want to end up like them.

I have passed that practice along to my teen since I don’t want him to have dental issues when he’s older. I’ve always tried to teach him to do the big three, BRUSH, FLOSS, AND RINSE. I have always taught him brushing isn’t enough and we need to floss and rinse to ensure we don’t get cavities and Gingivitis.
