Hey All!

We were very lucky and thrilled to be invited to a Halloween Time Family Media Day at Disneyland recently. One of our favorite places on earth is Disneyland so you could imagine how thrilled we were to attend! The holidays at Disneyland are truly a magical experience for our family and it all kicks off for us with Halloween at Disneyland. Not only is the park festive with Halloween decorations, you can actually go trick or treating in the park during Mickey’s Halloween Party.

Disney was kind enough to have a small Halloween Party for us filled with Face Paintings and meet and greets with our favorite Disney Villains.

This media day truly showcased why you can’t miss Halloween at Disneyland! Here are some more reasons why you can’t miss Halloween at Disneyland!

First off for my fellow Latinos, You can celebrate Dia De Los Muertos and Three Kings Day at Disneyland! It’s something we do every year and we can wait for Disney ¡Viva Navidad!

Whenever you visit the park you can start the day with a Mickey Pancake or Waffle. It’s what we do each time we visit.

The park is so festive this time of year. Seeing all the fun Halloween decor around the park is not to be missed.

I love how no detail is too small at Disneyland and the park is completely transformed for Halloween. There are adorable Mickey Pumpkins and amazing hand carved pumpkins featuring your favorite Disney characters every where you turn.

You can’t miss the big Mickey Jack-0-lantern on main street! It is my favorite site to see and take photos in front of each year. You can get amazing Halloween photo card pictures with the Mickey Jack-O-Lantern.

There are amazing Halloween themed treats that can be purchased through out the park. I love these adorable pumpkin Mickey Rice Krispy treats and the candy apples are perfection.

You can go on rides that are redecorated for Halloween like The Haunted Mansion.

This ride is unique as it gets a Nightmare before Christmas theme make over each year, but this year is extra special as there is a new entrance experience and some amazing ginger bread smells at a point in the ride. I love surprises so I won’t spoil it for you. You will have to hop on the ride to see how amazing it is during the Holiday season. It was a great treat to see these updates.

There is so much to do and see at Disneyland for Halloween!

Through November 3, meet some Disney Villains as they are conjured up in a sideshow tent at the Halloween Carnival at the Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree in Frontierland. You can also find characters like Goofy and witness some amazing live pumpkin carving.

The Halloween Carnival is where you’ll also find a fried apple burrito (seen below), butter corn on the cob, hot dogs and candy corn cotton candy. It’s open daily 10:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Yummy!
