Yummy Easy Steak Bites Recipe!

Hey All!

Looking for a last minute recipe for those July 4th festivities? Check out this Yummy Easy Steak Bites Recipe! They are a great treat to have prepared as an hor d’oeuvre for your BBQ or party guests. It’s going to take some time to grill up all those burgers and hotdogs, so why not have a tasty steak treat for them to enjoy while they wait.

Here is what you’ll need to make them!

  • 1 Sirloin Steak
  • 8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
  • ½ Pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • I-2 Red Onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Steak Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3-4 Tbsp. Butter
  • Plastic Sword Toothpicks

Cut the steak and onions into bite-sized pieces. Cut the mushrooms and the tomatoes in half.

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat, and melt 2-3 tablespoons of butter in the skillet.

Put the steak into the skillet and sprinkle with seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until done and remove from the skillet.

Wipe the skillet clean and add 1 tablespoon of butter, and place over medium heat.

Put vegetables in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes or until slightly crisp still.

Assemble the bites by placing one piece of each vegetable and meat onto a toothpick.

Put the meat on the bottom, so it will stand up on a plate.

That’s all you have to do to make these yummy finger foods.

Place them on a platter and serve them at you Summer BBQ’s, Picnics, and parties.
