Yummy Rainbow Pretzel Sticks!

Hey All!

Since I’m heading to the Color Factory, which is a rainbow paradise, I’m all about the rainbows this week! Well… Let’s be honest. When am I not all about the rainbows. To celebrate my San Fran day adventure, I made these Yummy Rainbow Pretzel Sticks! They are super simple to make and are the perfect rainbow treat to munch on if you’re feeling like you need a rainbow sugar fix.

Here is how to make them!

  • 1 pkg. Pretzel Sticks
  • 1 Pkg. each Wilton Chocolate Candy Melts in white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, pink (Found at Michaels)
  • Gold Star Sprinkles (Found at Michaels)

First you melt the white chocolate per package directions and dip the pretzel, leaving about 2 inches plain to hold it. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Place a few gold stars on the white chocolate where it meets the plain pretzel that you didnā€™t coat.

You then melt each of the other colors of chocolate per package directions in individual bowls.

Start by drizzling the red at the top of the pretzel, across it zig zagging back and forth. Come down about an inch or so. (To drizzle, you can either use a spoon or fill a plastic baggie and cut a tiny tip off a corner)

You then drizzle the orange, then the yellow, green, blue, and finally the pink.

The pink drizzle should end right at the stars so it looks like the gold at the end of the rainbow. And that’s it! You’re done! You can keep them in a gallon sized storage bag in the fridge and munch on them when ever you need a colorful treat!

How cute are those pretzel sticks folks? Too cute! I love them and they are so quick to make!

I hope you love them as much as I do!
