Hi! I’m Vanessa! I’m a crafty Los Angeles Mom with a love of color, food, DIY and movies! Brite & Bubbly was founded in late 2009 after moving from NYC to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and tv production. That didn’t go as planned, so I created this site as a personal space to share my love of film, my creativity, and life experiences with my husband and young son here in Los Angeles. Over the years it’s quickly evolved into a resource for Easy Fun and Festive DIY Projects, Recipes, Celebrations, Home Decor, Entertainment, Travel and celebrating all the brite and bubbly moments from everyday life!
I’m a Film and Television graduate of New York University with a focus on Entertainment, Marketing, and Publicity and I was also most recently published in The Hostess New Twinkies Cookbook.
My hope for this site is that you will find some great ways to make your everyday and holidays a little more brite & bubbly!
I believe everyone should be finding the FUN in life and this site can definitely help you find the FUN!

Jesse is Vanessa’s other half. He is an amazing father and co-editor of this site. He is also the resident entertainment correspondent and assistant photographer for our site. He covers many red carpet events and media press events with Vanessa.
