Crispy Chicken Bisquick Biscuit Sliders Recipe!

Hey All!

Today I wanted to share with you an impossibly easy to make recipe to inspire you to “get your Betty on.” What’s great about this recipe is you can make it with ingredients and leftovers you may have on hand in your own kitchen.

I call them Crispy Chicken Biscuit Sliders! They are super easy to make and you make them simply by making biscuits using Bisquick original pancake and bake mix!

The chicken can be any left over fried chicken or chicken tenders you may have had left over from the previous nights dinner. What’s great about this recipe is it’s made with ingredients the typical household has in their pantry/refrigerator and it’s simple to put together and has a low baking time.

I found this Biscuit recipe on the Betty Crocker Website that I’ve been using from some time to quickly make my Bisquick biscuits.

All You Need To Make This Recipe is:

2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix

2/3 cup milk

Yes that is it! Two ingredients! Awesome right?

Directions:

Heat oven to 450ºF. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. (I used my mixer which mixed it in like 2 minutes)

Turn onto surface dusted with Bisquick mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick.

Cut into round circles around 1/2-inch thick and 2 inches wide.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake Biscuit dough for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

If you don’t have any fried chicken left overs or if you want to make some fried chicken or fried chicken tenders, Bisquick has a recipe on the box that I love and that you can find HERE.

To make them you simply mix your seasonings into the Bisquick mix and them roll your chicken breast or slices of chicken into the batter. You can then bake them for 15 minutes until golden brown or you can fry them in vegetable oil.

How ever you have or make your chicken, once you have it you…

  • Slice open your warm biscuits.
  • Heat up your chicken
  • Cut a slice of the chicken
  • Cut some lettuce and tomatoes and place them on top of the chicken
  • And lastly place the top of the biscuit onto the slider.

If you have your chicken already this entire recipe takes 8-10 minutes to make! How amazing is that? If you don’t have your chicken it’s still about 25 minutes – 30 minutes max to make.

They are a simple yet easy recipe you can make with what ever you have in your kitchen. No need to rush out to get any fancy ingredients.
