Yummy Caramel Cider Filled Apples!

Hey All!

We’re hitting you with another yummy recipe for Thanksgiving and this one is a drink recipe. Who doesn’t love a tasty fall drink recipe? I know I do! Check out these Yummy Caramel Cider Filled Apples! You can serve these as is or you can make them boozy versions too! These are great to serve your guests during those cocktail hours before the Thanksgiving feast begins.

They are fun and creative, since the drinks are served in apples and not in cups. It’s like a dessert and drink in one!

Here is how to make them.

  • 6 Apples
  • 3-4 cups Apple Cider
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Whipped Cream
  • 6 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Ounce Vodka (Optional if you’d like to make them Boozy!)

First you hollow out each apple, making sure to leave about a half inch thick wall on the sides. I left the bottom of the apples a little thicker than that.

You then pour apple cider into each apple until full. If you were to make them boozy, you would add the once ounce of vodka to your apple cider first, mix it well, and then fill them to the top.

Lastly you put a little whipped cream on top and drizzle with caramel sauce. Place a little straw and a cinnamon stick for garnish and serve right away.

Again you can make these with or with out alcohol, so they would be great for the whole family to enjoy a unique twist on some fall apple cider! Remember if you do make them boozy, only those 21 and older can drink them and remember no drinking and driving folks!

Hope you enjoy these Yummy Caramel Cider Filled Apples as much as I do!
