I’m making a commitment to work out more, change my diet, and to get 8 hours of sleep a night. I want and need my 8 hours. I notice the difference in my body when I don’t get 8 hours of sleep. When I sleep 6 hours I’m usually sluggish and tired through out the day. With this commitment to sleep I’m going to ensure I get my 8 hours of sleep each night.
