Today on Tech Tuesday I have some shocking news to share. So here goes…
I don’t know how to ride a bike! I know…I know. I’m slightly ashamed to admit it. I’ve been trying to see if I can find a bike that would fit me and my lifestyle so I can finally learn. A technology friendly, electric bike that folds up would be perfect for me.
Thankfully the bike of my dreams exists and it’s called the Jive Bike.
This bike doesn’t weigh much and it folds up so it’s no bigger than the tire. It’s easy to store no matter where you live. It’s perfect for apartment life. You can pedal like a normal bike or use it’s electronic features to get around. A 2 hour charge can get you 20 miles at a maximum speed of up to 15 mph. It’s the perfect bike for fitness and taking quick rides around town to run errands.
If you don’t have a car and prefer to bike it, this is also the bike for you. It has Bluetooth capabilities and a smart dashboard that you can plug your phone into. It’s essentially a bike version of a car! You can also download the Jive App that will let you see how many miles you have left before you have to charge and help you map out your bike routes.
I’m not going to lie, the bike of my dreams is pricey at about $2500 USD. Yes you read that right! But I’m not surprised as I normally like things that are expensive, hence why I’m always scared to look at my bank account.
It’s amazing how far bikes have come!
