DIY Toy Story 4 Forky Mommy and Me Outfit!

Hey All!

I don’t know about you but I’m a huge Disney Geek. I’ve been blogging about my love of Disney since DAY 1 of this blog. You can even see how far I go back by checking out my Disney Category on this site. One of my favorite Disney/Pixar films is Toy Story. I can’t tell you how much I cried in Toy Story 3! So you can imagine how excited I am that Toy Story 4 is coming out soon! We’re beyond excited! To celebrate the release, we wanted to do a fun Disney Bound of our new favorite Toy Story character Forky! We haven’t even seen the movie yet and we already love Forky!

I can’t tell you how much I’ve been dying to make some Disney Bound outfits with my baby boy! I knew he was going to love dressing up with mama just as much as I do. He’s my little supermodel.

This is super simple to make, even though the supply list looks long. I just included everything I used. You may already have some of this at home and you can just use what you have to do this. Here is how to make everything!

I made the baby outfit first. You can do this two ways. You can print out the full page mini Forky face found in this Forky Inspired Template onto T-Shirt transfer paper or onto printable sticker vinyl. It depends on if you want the shirt to have a permanent Forky face on it. If you want it to be permanent, then print it out on some T-Shirt transfer paper. You also print the smaller Forky head found in the template onto the sticker vinyl.

You cut out all the pieces for the face on the baby t-shirt and either iron them on with the t-shirt transfer paper or you can stick them on with the stick on vinyl paper. If you’re working a permanent outfit, you can cut out his red eyebrow from red craft foam and glue it onto the baby shirt.

For the hat, you stick the forky head you printed and cut out from the sticker vinyl onto some white craft foam. Cut the foam to the shape of the Forky head. You then hot glue the Forky head to the white baby hat. If you don’t want to glue it, you can use velcro sticker dots to stick it onto the hat.

Pair the Forky shirt and hat with some red or white pants and some rainbow moccasins or any color moccasins that are colorful. We chose red because we honestly didn’t have white pants.

That’s all you have to do to make your Forky baby outifit. When you’re done Disney Bounding and you didn’t do the permanent version, you can just peal it all off and have a plain white shirt and hat again for your baby to bound the next character with!

For the mommy outfit, you do the same as you did with the baby shirt except you have to print out the multiple larger pieces for the face found in the template.

You stick or iron on on the eyes, mouth and eyebrow onto the white adult t-shirt.

You then stick or iron on the “I’m not a toy” phrase onto your tulle white skirt.

Print the large Forky head from the template onto sticker vinyl and stick it onto white craft foam. Cut the foam to the shape of the Forky head and glue the head onto a white headband with your hot glue gun.

Add a red bow belt and some gold shoes and you’re done!

Don’t Forget to get yourself a Forky doll at shop Disney to enjoy with your Disney Bound! We’re so ready to head to Disneyland with our fun Forky Disney Bound looks!

He loves Forky so much, every time he sees him he breaks out laughing hysterically. It’s the cutest thing ever!

I hope you love this easy Disney Bound idea to celebrate Toy Story 4 just as much as I do!
