Hello All!
Have you heard of Paper Culture? Well if you haven’t heard of this fantastic company I need to definitely tell you about them! I was introduced to this company while I attended BlogHer ’11 this year and I’m so happy to have discovered them. They had so many fantastic cards on display at their BlogHer booth and I was given samples of their great variety of invitations, personal stationary, birthday cards, baby shower cards, and birth announcements.
As you know my family and I always try to live a green lifestyle as best as we can, so when I find a new company that we all love AND it’s eco-friendly I get very excited and have to tell everyone about it!
Paper Culture is a company that not only sells amazing paper products, they have an awesome commitment to the environment. All of their cards and envelopes are printed on 100% post-consumer recycled paper. Yes you heard me right! It’s FSC certified as 100% post consumer recycled paper. Their paper is also Green-e certified and Green Seal certified. The paper they use is generated by wind power, and is also Elemental chlorine free!
Shopping with Paper Culture will minimize your overall impact on the environment. How so do you ask? They plant a tree with EVERY ORDER through their program Cards that Care and for every facebook fan they get! So please “LIKE” them on facebook! They’ve already planted over 100,000 trees!
After you order they let you know that they will be planting a tree because of your purchase and they give you the opportunity to dedicate the tree as well! I think is a beautiful idea since it allows you to share something meaningful with special people in your life. I like to think of it as a small way of promising a bright future to the next generation.
I’m very thankful to have found Paper Culture and I loved meeting their amazing founder Christopher Wu at BlogHer. Thanks to him about a week after BlogHer, Paper Culture was kind enough to end me a sample of their adorable personalized stationary cards in the “Cupcake Notecard” design with the letter V and Vanessa printed on them. I went through the order process to get my sample cards and I dedicated a tree to my family of course.
Aren’t they adorable! They are perfect for leaving a special note for my teen or to send a quick hello to a family member or friend by mail. Besides being impressed at how eco-friendly this company is, I love how thick the paper is that the cards are printed on. You will be pleasantly surprised by how think the card paper is when you get your hands on some. I also loved the thoughtfulness of the packaging that the cards came mailed in.
They came in this great box that can be reused (it’s made out of a very thick recycled card board) and there was also a “Thank You” card from the company!
These cards would really make perfect gift and you won’t even have to worry about wrapping them!
They also showcased their amazing new line of Bamboo Wall Art for the 1st time at BlogHer. These will be launching soon and all I can say is they are just as amazing as their cards!
I highly recommend Paper Culture! If you’re looking to buy any unique note cards or adorable invitations to your child’s party or for your events Paper Culture is the place to get them! Their prices are very reasonable and your money goes to help to environment as well! Which I personally think is well worth it.
I love Paper Culture and I’m sure you will too!
