Snow White Disney Bounding Cupcakes!

Hey All!

Who said you could only Disney bound with your clothing? I’ve been doing it a lot with my food and tasty treats lately. I started with Ariel from the Little Mermaid and now I decided to make some Snow White inspired cupcakes. I’m going to do it every time I feel inspired! They are so quick and easy to make. They totally say Snow White when you see them! They would go perfectly for a Disney princess party!

Here is how to make them!

  • 6 Prepared Cupcakes (Yellow Liner)
  • 1 Can White Frosting
  • Red, Green, Black Chocolate Melting Discs
  • Blue Food Coloring
  • Edible Shimmer Beads (just need the blue)
  • Apple Mold

First you take about 1/3 cup of the green chocolate discs and melt according to package directions. Place in a sandwich size baggie and snip the corner just a tiny bit. Pipe chocolate into the leaf section of the apple.

Repeat step 1 with the black chocolate but pipe into the stem section of the apple.

Next take about ½ Cup of the red chocolate discs and repeat step 1. Fill in the apples on the mold and be careful not to spill too much over the sides. Let harden for about an hour then pop out of the mold.

Place frosting in a medium size bowl and add 8-10 drops of blue food coloring, mix well. Place frosting in a piping bag or quart size baggie. You can either just snip the corner and pipe on or use a star tip. Either one works great.

Place 7-8 blue shimmer beads around the frosting and top with an Apple.

That’s all you have to do to make them! Serve and Enjoy!

I hope you enjoy these Snow White cupcakes as much as I do!
