I’m keeping the rainbow snack party going this week with these DIY Fun Rainbow Grapes! I figured I would do a healthier rainbow snack this week as well. These are a great little finger food to much on and a way to hack those every day grapes, you may not be thrilled about eating instead of some cookies. These colorful grapes bring a little fun to eating healthy and they are super easy to make!

- 1-2 lbs. Green Grapes
- 4—3 oz. boxes Gelatin, any flavors
First you rinse the grapes in water and then leave them in a bowl filled with water.
You then pour each package of powder gelatin into 4 bowls.
Take a grape and roll it in one of the gelatin flavors, making sure to cover completely with a thick coat. You can use a toothpick to hold the grape if you would like. Repeat using all the grapes and lay them on a baking sheet.
Refrigerate the grapes for 1-2 hours, so the powdered coating hardens on the grapes. It gives the grapes a little crunchy and fun shell.
That’s it! You’re done! You have a fun and healthy colorful snack both adults and kids can enjoy!
