Hey All!

I sadly didn’t get to celebrate our favorite food holiday National Ice Cream day this year, but I wasn’t going to miss out on Dole Whip Day! Dole Whip is our favorite dessert to eat at Disneyland and when ever I find it out in the wild. It’s hard to come by and it’s soooooo good! I can eat a bucket of it and I literally have. I found a place in LA that sells giant tubs of it! To enjoy it at home, I decided to make some Dole Whip Popsicles For Dole Whip Day!

They aren’t exactly like the original, but they sure are tasty! Here is how to make them:

Dole Whip Popsicles Ingredients

6 popsicle molds ( Got mine on Amazon!)
1 fresh Dole pineapple or 16 oz bag frozen Dole pineapple
Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
8 oz tub Cool Whip – thawed

Chopped Pineapples

Add the pineapple, lime juice and sugar to a blender and purée.

Dole Whip Popsicles Step 1

Spoon the thawed Cool Whip into the blender and mix for about 30 seconds.

Dole Whip Popsicles Step 2

Transfer the pineapple whip mixture into 6 of your favorite popsicle molds, filling up to the top. Place the lids on the molds securely and freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Dole Whip Popsicles Step 3

Before serving, run warm water over each popsicle mold and the pineapple whip popsicles will simply slide out.
