Hey All!

I don’t know about you, but I’m thrilled winter is finally over! You know what that means? Spring & summer weather is finally arriving and grilling season has begun. I like to grill, but I honestly don’t like standing over a grill for hours to cook up some burgers for our cookouts. Thankfully I got some Ball Park® Beef Patties from my local Kroger store, Ralph’s, which is going to make summer grilling so much easier! That way I can focus on having fun, spending time with my family and friends and not meal prep at our cookouts!

Today, I’m going to show you how to make an easy summer cheeseburger with balsamic onions with these awesome Ball Park Beef Patty burgers! They not only cut the time in half to make a delicious burger, they taste great too!

I used Kroger’s ClickList, an online grocery ordering service from Kroger to shop for my ingredients at Ralph’s. Now you can shop online for the products you need and pick up your order at the store from the convenience of your car. Kroger or Ralph’s associates will even bring out your order and load it into your car. I had them get all my ingredients for these burgers together for me and I just picked them up, took them home, and got my grill on!

There is also a ClickList offer on Ball Park products at Kroger and it’s so easy to use for summer food planning. Who wants to spend time searching the aisles for ingredients when someone can do it for you! More fun in the sun is always my goal!

I digress… Here is how to make these awesome burgers!

  • 1 16.2 oz package of Ball Park Beef Patties
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Cup of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch Of Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Oregano
  • Kroger Brand Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • Sliced Pickles
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Hamburger Buns
  • Large Gallon Sandwich Bag

(You can also print out this recipe at the bottom of the post!)

First you chop up your onion and place it inside a large gallon sized sandwich bag. You then add your spices and balsamic vinegar to the bag. Shake the bag around and let the onions marinade.

Next you heat up your Ball Park Beef Patties. You can heat them up on a grill, stovetop, or oven. They only take about 6-7 minutes to heat up. They are already cooked, so all you have to worry about is heating them up!

Next you add some cheddar cheese to the burger and let it melt.

You then grill up your onions on the grill. Grill until the onions soften and become almost caramelized.

Place your burger with cheese on a burger bun…

Add your balsamic onions on top of the cheese…

Followed by slices of pickles and your ketchup and mustard.

Top it with the topside of the bun and you’re done! You have yourself one tasty and easy burger to make this summer! Pair it with some chips or fries and you’re ready to have yourself one yummy cookout! This whole burger takes about 15-20 minutes to make in total!

This is like the fastest burger I’ve ever made, since I like my burgers well done! It usually takes me so much longer to have to cook up a burger and make the ingredients. I’m so happy I found these Ball Park Beef Patties! I’m going to be using them all summer long!

The ease and convenience of Ball Park Beef Patties from Kroger’s/Ralph’s frozen aisle truly does help you enhance your summer experience. You can create delicious summer meals with Ball Park Beef Patties and other simple foods from Kroger/Ralph’s!

I highly recommend you head to Ralph’s or your local Kroger store and pick up some of these awesome Ball Park Beef Patties. Be sure to use your ClickList when you shop!
