We’re sharing another fun and easy Holiday themed treat with you today, in case you were looking for a last minute treat to serve your guests this holiday season. Check out these super cute Mini Christmas Pudding Brownie Balls! They are a twist on the English traditional Christmas pudding. These would make the perfect little treats to serve during that happy hour before your Christmas dinner feasts or afterwards, for a tasty bite sized dessert.
Who doesn’t love a good chocolatey treat after dinner? I know I do, especially when it’s a holiday themed treat!
Here is how to make them!
- 2 cups of chocolate fudge brownies
- 2 cups of Winter Oreos
- 1 cup of fruit cake mix
- chocolate shell topping
- 12 cinnamon imperials decor
- green icing
First you make a pan of your favorite homemade or buy some already made brownies from your local grocery store. Brownies should be moist and not cake-like. Allow brownies to cool enough until they are safe enough to handle.
In a large bowl add brownies, Winter Oreos, and fruit cake mix. Wearing a pair of clean latex or plastic gloves crush and mix chocolate fudge brownies, Winter Oreos, and fruit cake mix. Make sure there are no lumps.
You them form the mixture into little cake pop like balls and lay them on a serving tray lined with parchment paper. Next you drizzle the Mini Christmas Puddings with chocolate shell topping.
Allow the shell topping to harden a little bit, about three (3) minutes. You then garnish them by pressing three (3) cinnamon imperials candies into each pudding.
Using the small ribbon tip, make two (2) green leaves to give it a holly look. Place into the refrigerator until ready to serve.
You should make this recipe a day in advance, so they are ready to serve your guests for the holidays.
