My Process For Apartment Searching! #Cbias #SocialFabric

Hey All!

I hate moving and I’m sure you all do too. But we’ve recently had to move to a bigger and cheaper apartment so we can save some money and have more room for my ever privacy needing teenager. When we apartment hunt there are two things we do to find the best places to live. We of course hunt online. We visit WestSideRentals.com since it’s a site that only showcase apartments here in Los Angeles, CA. Every apartment is listed on WestSideRentals.com so it’s own number one place to search for apartments on. I search by location, number of rooms, and if they allow dogs or not. We have two dogs so we need some place that takes dogs. I also look for central air and if it has a fire place in the living room. These are all my dream qualities in a apartment.

We also look on ForRent.com…

I also like to use apartments.com and…

Last but not least Craigslist.org is another big site I visit to search for apartments because it’s free!

There tend to be some fake listings on craigslist so I always look for actual pictures of the buildings and apartments when I look on craigslist. Again I look for everything we need in a home as well as location when searching for an apartment.

I also sometimes go to actual real estate complex owner sites to see what they might have available like I did on the https://www.resourcerei.com/properties.html site.

When I’m looking for an apartment I’m also looking to see if it’s in a safe neighborhood for me and my family to live in. That is the main priority behind the size of the apartment and rental cost.

You can see my whole apartment hunting online process on my Google Plus Album Here!

How do you all look for apartments?
