I created this Olive Oil & Rosemary Popcorn Hack and I just had to share it with you because I’m in love with it! It tastes like gourmet popcorn and it’s actually good for my heart since it has a drizzling of Olive Oil. In case you didn’t know, Olive Oil has properties that have the affect of relaxing blood vessels and bringing down blood pressure, which are great for your heart. Rosemary has actually been said to be good for your memory. That’s why I chose these two main ingredients for our popcorn after reading up on them.

I thought I would share this Olive Oil & Rosemary Popcorn Hack with you all today to encourage you to eat a little healthier in 2016!

To make this healthier popcorn hack you’ll need:

Supplies-DIY-Recipes

  • Organic Pop Corn Kernels.
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil.
  • 1 Tablespoon of Rosemary.
  • 1 Dash of Sea Salt.

How-To-DIY-Recipes

Olive Oil & Rosemary Popcorn Hack-Step-1

First you pop up your popcorn kernels over a medium heat on your stove top. Follow the directions on how to pop your kernels on whichever kind of popcorn kernels you get.

You then drizzle the 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil onto the warm popcorn. Mix the popcorn around so the olive oil spreads evenly over the popcorn.

Then you sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of Rosemary and 1 Dash of Sea Salt. When I say dash, I mean the smallest amount of salt you can do! It’s just to add a hit of taste. Mix that into your popcorn and your done!
