At Home Recipe : Easy Bubble Gum Ice Cream!

I hope you and your family are safe and getting through these crazy times ok. Can you believe it’s been six weeks already? What a rollercoaster it’s been! It’s been pretty up and down for me. One day I’m feeling ok and another I’m stressed out and terrified of everything going on. I’m trying to keep my sanity by staying busy and trying to do small things like make ice cream to make myself happy. Ice Cream is my go to happy treat. If it’s also your happy treat, check out this super easy to make bubbly gum ice cream. It’s the perfect alternative to trying to get ice cream delivered or trying to venture out to a store to get some. It’s safer to always stay inside during this time folks! Don’t go out for Ice Cream. Make some if you can!

You can make this to enjoy by yourself or for the whole family! It’s super simple to make!

Here is how to make it!

  • 16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Gumballs
  • Pink Food Coloring

In a medium size bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and 3-4 drops of pink food coloring. Beat on high until stiff peaks form.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat for another 1-2 minutes until incorporated.

Layer ½ of the ice cream mixture into a 7×11 dish. Place ½ of the gumballs around then add the other ½ of the ice cream mixture.

Finish with gumballs on top.

Place in freezer for 4-5 hours or overnight.

Take out and enjoy!!!
