Cocoa PEBBLES™ S’mores Marshmallow and Chocolate Treats!

Hey All!

Did you know that November is Gluten-Free Diet Awareness Month? I’ve been focusing on living a more gluten-free lifestyle these days and I’m thrilled to share that one of my favorite cereals, PEBBLES™ cereal is gluten-free! I had no idea and I was so glad to find that out this month. It’s the same great cereal you know and love with amazing flavors, crispy crunchy rice and bold colors that all come together perfectly to create a timeless breakfast classic.

It truly is timeless! I’ve been eating this cereal since I was a kid and I love that it’s still around today to share with my own family. It tastes just as good as it did back then today. I’m thrilled to still be able to eat it even if we’re on a gluten-free diet. It’s great to be able to include a cereal we love seamlessly into our diet.

This cereal is available in four flavors including my all-time favorites Fruity PEBBLES™ and Cocoa PEBBLES™. I also love that I can make the best gluten-free treats for my family to enjoy.

Today, I’m going to show you how to make some Cocoa PEBBLES™ S’mores Marshmallow and Chocolate Treats! These are so fun and easy to make! They are also super tasty. When you eliminate gluten from your diet, it doesn’t mean you have to give up delicious tasting treats or fun. These treats are the perfect combination of both!

Here is how to make them!

  • 2 ½ Cups of Cocoa PEBBLES™ Cereal
  • 5 tbsp of Butter
  • 1 10oz bag of Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 Cup of White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup of Milk Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Cup of Graham Crackers Crushed
  • ½ Cup of Mini Marshmallows 

First, you melt your butter in a pot on low heat. Next, you’ll stir in your bag of mini marshmallows. You’ll stir the marshmallows until they are almost completely melted.

You then pour in your 2 ½ Cups of Cocoa PEBBLES™ Cereal.

You then stir in your White and Milk Chocolate Chips and gluten-free Graham Crackers (Crushed).

Stir the mixture together and grease a square pan with butter. You have to grease your pan or the treats will stick to the pan and not come out when you cut them into rectangles.

Flatten the mixture inside the pan and let it cool and stiffen up. Once it’s hardened up, you can cut out your rectangle treats.

You can also use a rectangular cookie cutter to cut out your treats or a knife. I used a cookie cutter which is why my edges are a little rounder.

These treats are gooey yummy goodness. They are a little different than your traditional cereal treats. They honestly remind me of a no-bake brownie.

They are chewy, gooey, and filled with Cocoa PEBBLES™, chocolate, marshmallow and graham crackers in every bite.

It’s the perfect S’mores flavored treat to take with you on the road or to pack in a school lunch! I hope you love these treats just as much as I do!
