Hey All!
With summer in full swing, there is nothing I love more than getting outside with my family and having some fun exploring the outdoors. I’m all about creating memories while we’re having some fun in the sun outdoors! My son is curious about everything right now and I refuse to let him watch tv or sit at home when the weather is so beautiful out right now. What could be better for a learning baby than getting out doors and being inspired by the natural beauty of the environment around us? Nothing is better!
To help me document our summer adventures, I’m participating in the Summer Scrapbook Challenge with Tampico. At the end of the summer I’ll create a scrapbook of all our favorite summer memories!
To kick off our summer adventures, we recently went on a little bug hunt to our local park. We got a bug hunt kit and set up picnic of Tampico with some of our favorite treats to munch on. We love the Kiwi Strawberry & Island Punch flavors of Tampico!

While we sipped our Tampico, we also had so much fun on our bug hunt! My son was so excited to learn about what bugs were. He kept pointing to the pictures of everything in the kit.
We took the net and caught some butterflies. He got so excited when we caught them! He would break out it hysterical laughter.
It was the sweetest thing to see and it melted my heart. We let him hold the net and try to catch the butterflies himself.
I’d show him how to wave the net around and he would watch so attentively. He would then want to grab the net and try to do it himself. He’s all about trying to do things himself right now. He thinks he’s a grown up already!
I love that he loves to learn new things and be outside as much as I do! He loves to check out new places and experience new things. This was his first bug hunt ever and he had the best time. We all had a blast as a family!
During our bug hunt he was also is obsessed with trying to get himself some Tampico. We had to keep the bottles far from him or he would have tried to drink both the bottles. He doesn’t realize the bottles are about his size!
He sees whatever mommy is drinking and wants to try it immediately.
We let him try a little bit of the Island Punch in his beach ball sipper cup and he couldn’t get enough!
I can’t wait to take more adventures this summer and bring more Tampico drinks along with us. They have a great variety of flavors to choose from and I can’t wait to try them all!
