Happy Almost Mother’s Day! Remember you’re not a regular mom, you’re a cool mom with this fun cookie cake for Mother’s Day!
Hey All!
I wanted to make my fellow pick up moms a little treat for Mother’s Day, So I decided to make them this cute Mother’s Day Cookie Cake to enjoy. It has a fun Mean Girls themed quote on it and I love how it turned out.
I literally made this so quickly as I bought the frosting and the cookies to go on top. It took no time.
Here is how to make it.
Ready to bake chocolate chip cookie dough or you can order a giant cookie from Pizza Hut (that’s what I did!).
Round cake pan.
Multiple Colors of Frosting of your choosing.
Plastic Wrap
4 Pipping Bags and tip.
These Heart Mini Cookies Set.
This “You’re A Cool Mom” Cookie Set.
First you grease your round cake pan. Then you bake your cookie by flattening out all the ready to bake cookie dough into a round cake pan. Cook according to the directions on your ready to bake cookie. If you don’t feel like baking a cookie, you can order a large cookie from Pizza Hut! That’s what I did.
Divide your three frosting colors into 3 piping bags. Pipe the frostings onto a piece of plastic wrap making lines side by side.
Roll up the plastic wrap and place it inside a pipping bag with the tip. That’s how you get the multicolored frosting.
I pipped flower shapes around the edge of the cookies and in the center.
I put the heart cookies around the cake and the word bubble “You’re a cool mom” cookie in the center.
That’s it! I placed it in a bakers box and me and the moms chowed down on it as we waited to pick up our kids at school this week.
It was so good and everyone loved it. You can give the extra “Cool AF” cookie away or enjoy it yourself.
Remember you’re cool AF, so you might as well enjoy it!
