With Saint Patrick’s Day coming up, we always like to make some fun rainbow and shamrock themed desserts to celebrate! There is nothing I love more than rainbow marshmallows, so I figured what would be perfect to make with rainbow marshmallows? Saint Patty’s Day Rainbow S’Mores Dip! It’s so fun and easy to make! It’s a dessert both young and old can enjoy. S’Mores dip is staple in my household and I make some version of it for every holiday.
If you love rainbow foods as much as I do, you’re going to love this Saint Patty’s Day Rainbow S’Mores Dip! I know those pesky little leprechauns will love it too!

- Yummallo Rainbow Marshmallows (Found at Wal-Mart)
- Hershey Bars
- Graham Crackers, Teddy Grams, or Animal Crackers
- Optional: Multi-Colored Shimmie Sprinkles
First you preheat oven to 300 degrees. In an oven safe pan (any size of your choosing), cover the entire bottom with the Hershey bars.
You then place the marshmallows standing up and fill the entire pan.
Lastly, place in oven for 10-12 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with the shimmies.
Serve with your choice of graham crackers, teddy grams or animal crackers.
